This notice fulfils our disclosure obligation under KVKK Art. 10 and explains our privacy practices.

2. Personal Data We Process
In connection with reservations, stays and guest communication, we process: full name, national ID/passport number (required by Turkish law for guest registration), contact details, billing/tax information, reservation and stay history, payment transaction records (card numbers/CVV are never stored by us — see section 5), website usage/cookie data, and any special requests or notes you share with us.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Handling reservation requests and providing/managing your stay,
- Fulfilling the mandatory guest-registration notification required under Turkish Law No. 1774,
- Processing payments and issuing invoices,
- Responding to guest requests, complaints and communications,
- Complying with legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection law, etc.),
- Sending marketing/newsletter communications where you have given explicit consent,
- Maintaining the security and functionality of our website.
4. Legal Basis
We process your personal data based on: necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract (your reservation), compliance with our legal obligations (guest registration, tax law), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site security), and your explicit consent (marketing), under KVKK Art. 5 and 6.
5. Your Payment Information
Your card details are transmitted directly to our bank's/payment provider's secure system for 3D Secure verification during payment; we do not store your card number or CVV in our database.
6. Sharing of Personal Data
We may share your data, strictly for the stated purposes, with public authorities where legally required (e.g. local police for guest registration), our contracted bank/payment provider for processing payments, and service providers we use (hosting, email delivery infrastructure). We do not transfer your personal data abroad; if a supplier requiring such a transfer is used in future, KVKK's cross-border transfer requirements will be observed.
7. Retention
We retain your personal data for the periods required by applicable law (e.g. 5 years for invoice records under the Tax Procedure Law, 10 years for commercial books/records under the Turkish Commercial Code) or as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically/abroad; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data; request deletion/destruction within the conditions set by KVKK; request that corrections/deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
