2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the accommodation service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website assosdovehotel.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Key Characteristics and Price
The room type, stay dates (check-in/check-out), number of guests, any pet information, and total price were displayed to the Buyer on screen during the reservation process and confirmed before payment. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Where a promotion/discount applies, the discount amount is shown separately.
4. Payment Method
Payment may be made, at the Buyer's choice, by (a) 3D Secure-verified credit/debit card, in a single payment or instalments, or (b) bank transfer/EFT. For bank transfer payments, the reservation is only confirmed once the amount is received in the Seller's bank account and verified by the Seller.
5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal — IMPORTANT
Under Article 15 of Turkish Law No. 6502 and Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for "accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering and leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period" are explicitly EXCLUDED from the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation reservations under this Agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are instead governed by the Seller's Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is presented and confirmed separately at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure beyond the parties' control (natural disaster, fire, war, terrorism, epidemic, government decision, etc.), the affected party shall notify the other immediately; if performance becomes impossible, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer, or the stay rescheduled by mutual agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this Agreement fall within the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
8. Effect
The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy during the reservation process; the Agreement takes effect upon completion of payment.
